What types of crochet products do you sell?

We offer a variety of handmade crochet items, including clothing, accessories, home decor, toys, and custom-made items.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of yarns, including cotton, acrylic, polyester and blends. As well as a variety of fabric types. If you have specific material preferences, let us know when ordering.

Do you take custom orders?

We are not taking custom orders at this time, however when custom orders open up there will be a google form to fill out with more details.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders usually take 5-7 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the project. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.

Are there pets in your workspace?

All items are made in a pet friendly home. While every effort is made to ensure items are clean and free of pet hair, those with sensitivities or allergies should consider before purchasing.

Do you take third party banking services? Such as Cashapp or Paypal?


We accept ApplePay through the website. Unfortunately, Cash App and PayPal are third-party banking organizations that do not have accessible features within the website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders within the United States typically take 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks. All orders are shipped out every Tuesday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders via email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
